Payments

All prices are expressed in pounds sterling. Through our secure online ordering system we accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. If you prefer you can pay by cheque, simply print out the order information page and enclose a cheque made payable to WaggFoods Ltd to the following address:

Once credit card, debit card or cheques have been cleared, orders will be despatched immediately (as set out below.)

Shipping and Handling

Our standard delivery charge to mainland UK addresses is £4.00 per item/parcel. As we can pack up to 4 cases of our treat products in one parcel, the delivery cost for these items is 1-4 cases £4.00 total, 5-8 cases £8.00 total and so forth. We would expect to deliver all items, within 2-4 working days of order confirmation. Parcels are shipped by FedEx UK. Special delivery instructions need notifying at time of order.

We can not send any parcels outside the UK and Northern Ireland. Special rates are payable for deliveries to the highlands and islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, please call Customer Services for details.

We at Wagg Foods are proud of our delivery service. Because we manufacture all our own products we are almost never out of stock. For UK mainland orders received before 10.00am, your goods will normally be despatched on the same day, for delivery by FedEx UK on a 48 hour service.

Credit card security

We know of no cases of credit card fraud using any of our direct delivery services. We use secure server encryption software which means the credit card numbers are never held in clear form on any website.

Guarantee & Returns

We expect you to be delighted with your Wagg goods. If for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return the goods, in a re-saleable condition, at your own expense, within 28 days for an exchange or refund. In the unlikely event of your food arriving damaged, we will replace it, or issue a refund if you prefer - please let us know straight away. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
